Reclaim market share from new competitors by repositioning Brewers Supply Group (BSG) through a strategic rebrand and consolidation of its House of Brands—launched in time for a major tradeshow.
Drove $13M new revenue | 20x increase in inbound leads
Approach:
Generated a competitive brandscape grounded in market research and customer interviews to identify strategic white space and clarify BSG’s value proposition. Built multi-year plans for brand, marketing, and social media—including success metrics and performance reporting—to guide long-term growth. Executed a full rebrand in just six months, including new logos, visual and written brand guidelines, tradeshow properties, swag, and marketing assets. All initiatives were executed in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners, ensuring a unified launch aligned with key business milestones.
