Rebrand Digital River and its sub-brands to strengthen market perception, align internal identity with external storytelling, and build brand equity to attract acquisition interest.
Generated $900k+ in pipeline and multiple offers acquisition
Approach:
Leveraged multi-source data and stakeholder insights to identify brand gaps and opportunities. Partnered with a creative agency to lead a full-scale rebrand, using internal design talent for logo development and visual identity creation. Extended the new parent brand across sub-brands including MarketForce, ensuring consistency through refreshed assets, messaging, and web materials. Delivered a unified, acquisition-ready brand ecosystem across three entities.
