Led internal teams in evolving the brand beyond its original logo, starting with competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Expanded both written and visual elements of the identity, establishing comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure cohesion across channels. Designed and developed a new website to reinforce the brand’s positioning and deliver a more engaging user experience.
