Goal:
Elevate the nonprofit’s brand presence to increase market share and donor engagement through a modernized identity and clear competitive positioning.

Approach:
Conducted a competitive brandscape analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within the sector. Collaborated closely with the board, guiding them through each step of the rebranding process—from strategy and visual direction to final execution. Delivered a refreshed brand identity including a bold new logo, enhanced visual system, and custom merchandise that reinforced their mission and positioned them to stand out in a crowded nonprofit landscape.
